Visas Requiring Skills Assessment

You might need a skills assessment if you apply for the following visas and streams:

1. General Skilled Migration (GSM) Visas: These visas are designed for skilled migrants who contribute significantly to the Australian economy. They include various subclasses such as the Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189), Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190), and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (subclass 491).
